Welcome to Gordon’s Tree & Shrub. By using our website, requesting an estimate, scheduling services, or hiring us to perform work, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services

Gordon’s Tree & Shrub provides tree and shrub care services, including but not limited to:

  • Tree trimming and pruning

  • Tree removal

  • Shrub trimming and shaping

  • Storm damage cleanup

  • Stump removal

  • Tree and shrub planting

  • General tree care services

All services are subject to site conditions, weather, equipment availability, and scheduling.

Estimates

Unless otherwise stated, estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of inspection.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing may be subject to change if site conditions differ from those observed during the estimate.

Scheduling

Work is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise agreed upon.

While we make every effort to meet scheduled dates, weather conditions, equipment issues, emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling.

Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area.

Customers should notify us of any known underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, invisible dog fences, landscape lighting, or other property features that may be affected by the work.

Gordon’s Tree & Shrub is not responsible for damage to underground or concealed items that were not disclosed before work began.

Customer Responsibilities

Prior to the start of work, customers agree to:

  • Remove vehicles from the work area when possible.

  • Keep children and pets away from active work zones.

  • Ensure reasonable access to trees, shrubs, and work areas.

  • Inform us of any concerns regarding property conditions or hazards.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to charge late fees on overdue balances as permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for any collection costs incurred in recovering unpaid balances.

Debris Removal

Unless otherwise specified in the estimate, services include the cleanup and removal of debris generated by our work.

Customers may request to keep wood, chips, logs, or other materials generated during the project.

Limitation of Liability

Tree care involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falling limbs, hidden decay, storm damage, and unforeseen property conditions.

Gordon’s Tree & Shrub will perform services using reasonable care and industry-standard practices. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing defects in trees or property

  • Hidden decay, cavities, or structural weaknesses

  • Damage resulting from undisclosed property conditions

  • Delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services performed.

Warranty

Unless specifically stated in writing, no guarantee is made regarding the future health, survival, or condition of any tree, shrub, or plant after services are completed.

Factors outside our control, including weather, disease, insects, soil conditions, and property maintenance, may affect plant health.
